- What do you anticipate the consequences would be of a) not changing those laws and b) changing them as proposed?
- What do you think should be done with the drug laws in France? Support your answer with an explanation of why.
- What are the major issues surrounding pain management in France? How are those different or similar to issues in the US?
- What do you feel the world needs related to pain management, around acute major pain like from a surgery, and chronic ongoing pain, like from chemotherapy, back or other injuries, etc?
- Compare and contrast the current opioid crisis in Ohio with the French opioid crisis in the 80’s and 90’s.
- What did France do that worked? What did France do that did not work?
- be specific… what are the details of drug treatment that worked? Tell about the specific medical treatment… what are buprenorphine, suboxone, naloxone, vivitrol, naltrexone, zubsolv, bunavail, probuphine, sublocade, methadone, buprenex, butrans, revia?
